ROLLY WORLD CARGO POLICY FOR REFUND UPDATE
LIABILITY: ROLLY WORLD CARGO will not be liable for any custom demurrage, destruction fee, loss, damage, shortage, delayed delivery caused by any custom or events we cannot control, including airline mechanical delays, weather conditions, acts of public enemies, war, strike, civil commotions, or when packages are confiscated or destroyed by government officials.
REFUNDS/COMPENSATION: Customers are advised to purchase additional insurance to cover unforeseen damage or loss of their shipment, under any circumstances, the maximum compensable amount ROLLY WORLD will pay for uninsured shipment is $100.
